2. Services

This site offers dating coaching and educational content, including the Attraction Audit, Phone Coaching Session, 4-Week Coaching, the Ex-Back Quiz and the Personalized Ex-Back Blueprint. Every service is a personalised digital service delivered by Mikael personally.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices shown on the site include applicable Finnish VAT where required. Payment is processed by PayPal. The contract is formed when PayPal confirms your payment.

4. Delivery

The Attraction Audit is delivered within 48 hours of receiving your material. The Phone Coaching Session is scheduled by email after payment. The 4-Week Coaching starts by email arrangement after payment. Digital quiz results and blueprints are delivered on the site or by email immediately after checkout.

5. Right of withdrawal

Under Finnish and EU consumer law you have a 14-day right of withdrawal on distance contracts. Because our services are personalised digital services delivered on demand, you agree that the service begins immediately and, by placing your order, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is lost once the service has been fully performed (for example the audit video has been sent, the call has taken place, or the digital blueprint has been delivered).

6. Refunds and guarantee

The Personalized Ex-Back Blueprint carries a 100% satisfaction guarantee — if you are not satisfied, contact mikael@navero.fi within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds on other services are reviewed case by case; contact us within 7 days of purchase.

7. No guaranteed outcome

Coaching results depend on your own situation, effort and execution. No specific outcome — such as getting back together with an ex, entering a relationship, or matching with a particular person — is guaranteed.

8. Not therapy or medical advice

The content and services on this site are not a substitute for licensed mental health support, therapy or medical advice. If you are experiencing severe anxiety, depression, self-harm thoughts or any mental health crisis, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services in your country.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to share or resell the personal video, call recording, blueprint or any other material you receive without written permission.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory Finnish or EU law.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Consumer disputes can be brought before the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi) or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
