1. Data controller

2. What we collect

We collect only the personal data you actively give us:

• Name and email address you send by email or through forms on the site.
• Screenshots, messages, dating app profiles and any context you send for an Attraction Audit, Phone Coaching Session or Coaching.
• Quiz answers and email address if you take the Ex-Back Quiz.
• Basic technical data (IP address, browser, pages visited) collected by our hosting provider for security and to keep the site running.

3. Why we use it

• To deliver the audit, call, coaching or quiz result you asked for.
• To communicate with you about your order.
• To meet legal accounting and consumer-protection obligations under Finnish and EU law.

4. Legal basis (GDPR)

Processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract) when you buy a service, on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) when you sign up for a free quiz or contact form, and on Article 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligation) for accounting records.

5. Sharing

Your data is not sold. It is shared only with the service providers we need to run the site and deliver our services: payment provider (PayPal), hosting and email providers. All providers act as processors bound by contract and appropriate safeguards.

6. Retention

Audit and coaching materials are kept only as long as needed to deliver the service and handle any follow-up questions, then deleted. Accounting records are kept for the period required by Finnish law (currently 6 years).

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. You can exercise these rights by emailing mikael@navero.fi. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).

8. Cookies

This site uses only essential technical cookies needed to load pages and remember your session. No advertising or profiling cookies are set.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
